This website provides information regarding Vilija Skubute Photography, the products, services, news and work for the clients. It also provides contact information and contact methods for Vilija Skubute Photography. We reserve the right at any time and without notice to amend or alter all content on this site as we deem necessary.

Vilija Skubute Photography is represented not only by this website but also by other Vilija Skubute Photography branded websites, on social media, in person, and via third party service agents that link to or otherwise provide a gateway to our services. Submissions & Testimonials
By making any form of submission to Vilija Skubute Photography in any of its representations you are by submission granting us a perpetual, royalty free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and create derivative works for any purpose that we consider appropriate, including but not limited to marketing and promotional purposes. Vilija Skubute Photography pledges that all such use will be judicious and in keeping with high standards of taste. Specifically regarding the publication of testimonials: we may display personal testimonials of yours from time to time received via email or as otherwise received from you by us. Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore whether or not to disclose information sought by such surveys or contests. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
DEPOSIT
IS REQUIRED AND IS NON REFUNDABLE if failure to make cancellation with 48hours notice for any type of photoshoot
Price of deposit depends on the type of photoshoot.
Deposit will keep your spot booked.
The second payment for session will be required to be paid couple days left till photoshoot.
PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS:
At the reveal session when you choose your image collection - you can pay right away by cash or credit card.
If you choose to use MONTHLY PAYENT PLAN first month payment plan will be required at the reveal session.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your photoshoot session your deposit can be transferred to a different session date or to your friends/family member photoshoot.
Failure to make cancellation with 48hours notice will result in your deposit payment being non-refundable.
Other Question:
* How long will a session takes?: Each of my sessions usually takes 2 to 4 hours (2 hours for hair&makeup and up to 2 hours for a photoshoot)
* Do I need to bring any outfits?: You should bring 3 of your favourite outfits. Also, I will have 3 outfits ready for you that will be able to mix and match and have fun during the photoshoot. When you will make your session booking I will send you 'Session Booking' confirmation to you. This will provide with guidelines of what to expect and includes tips of how to prepare yourself for a photoshoot and what outfits to bring.
* Can I bring a friend or family member to a photoshoot?: Yes you absolutely you are welcome to bring friend or family member. You will need to add £120 payment and you both will receive full photo session with additional hair and makeup for a second person.
