Every portrait session is as unique as the individual in front of the camera!

For some, a portrait session is all about creating an image that supports
personal branding—a powerful visual statement that reflects their professional identity.

For others, it’s an opportunity to dive into fine art, capturing something that is special, expressing a mood, an idea, or a feeling through creative imagery.
Some people come in for the experience of a confidence-boosting photoshoot, where the focus is on embracing their authentic self, letting their personality shine, and leaving with images that remind them of their strength and beauty.

Then there are those who simply love being part of the creative process, enjoying the collaboration, energy, and artistry that make a shoot special. And, for many, a portrait session is simply about feeling amazing for the day—stepping into the spotlight, having fun, and capturing a moment of pure joy and self-expression.

Before the photoshoot
​
Every photoshoot begins with a consultation, either via Zoom or over the phone, which usually takes around 20–30 minutes.
​
During this time, we’ll talk through your ideas and vision for the shoot, including colours, outfits, hair and makeup, styling, and anything else that might help bring your portraits to life.
It’s a short but very important conversation. It gives us a chance to meet each other, get comfortable, and for me to understand you a little better — who you are, what you’re hoping to create, and how I can make the experience feel truly personal to you.

During the photoshoot

The length of your photoshoot depends on the experience you choose, ranging from approximately 1.5 to 4.5 hours. Your session time will vary depending on whether you choose the full experience with hair and makeup, styling and more time dedicated to creating your portraits.
​
Whatever experience you choose, the focus is entirely on you. I’ll guide you throughout the session, helping you feel relaxed, confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
​
I understand that not everyone feels naturally comfortable in front of the camera — and that’s completely normal. I’ll guide your body, hands, shoulders and hips to help you find your most flattering angles and natural movements.
​
And most importantly, we’ll have fun! My goal is for you to enjoy the experience, feel amazing and leave the studio feeling more confident than when you arrived.

After the photoshoot
​
After your photoshoot, we’ll meet again for your Reveal Session, usually around 2–4 weeks after your photoshoot.
​
This is when you’ll see your beautifully hand-edited images for the very first time. We’ll go through your favourite portraits together, and you’ll have the opportunity to choose the image package that best suits you.
There are different packages available, with prices and inclusions varying depending on the photoshoot experience you choose.
